Siobhan Sieuli – President

Current position / responsibilities

 Office Services Manager for Thomson Geer Lawyers. Responsible for corporate services management of our Sydney Office, and nationally responsible for the document production team, leading the training program and the implementation of modern work practices. 

Previous positions

A former President of Wests Juniors Rugby Union (2 years), West Harbour Junior Rugby Union (4 years) and was awarded the NSW Volunteer of the Year Award in 2011.

Recently appointed as responsible for Legal / Operations support.

Tom Andrews – Vice President

Current position / responsibilities

Tom Andrews, current Group Operations Manager for Monarch Hotels Pty Ltd, an expansive investment vehicle for 2 multi-national Private Equity firms. A West Harbour Rugby Club player/member since 2004, playing all levels throughout over 220 games across Colts/Grade and a proud recipient of the A.L Vincent award in 2012. As Group Operations Manager, responsible for the operational systems and success of all assets under Monarch’s ownership, managing an executive team responsible for over 100+ staff.

Previous positions

Have worked with in Department of Health/Ministry of Health for over 39 years. Previous positions include Recruitment and Clinical management.

Speciality board position

Board Secretary since February, 2015.In short, responsibilities include, ensuring the club is operated in accordance with the Club Constitution, assume the role & responsibilities of Company Secretary as required by legislation under the Corporations Act and any other relevant legislation., ensure all legal agreements/licences pertaining to Club activities are in place and properly managed., responsible for, in consultation with the Board Chairman, establishing the Agenda and taking the minutes at all Board and General Meetings and represent the club at various meetings as required.

A rugby Mum through and through, absolutely passionate about the game. Have much delight in enjoying my children’s love of the sport and being involved in managing rugby teams.

Phil McRea – Board – Director

Current positions / responsibilities

Currently Chief Technology Officer in a Federal Government Agency. Also on the Board of the Ella Centre in Haberfield, as well as Paraquad.

Previous positions

Has worked in the IT industry all his life, the first half in academia, and the rest in senior executive roles in industry, including 18 years as CEO.

Recently been appointed to the Board, but has spent the past 12 years on the Board of Wests Junior Rugby Union, serving 5 years as Secretary and 3 years as President.

Personal

Rugby Referee; passionate about the environment and social justice causes; fan of Jeff Beck, Joe Satriani, Tal Wilkenfeld and Muse; plays guitar in church on Sundays.

Mick Debreczini – Board – Director

Current Position/Responsibilities 

Self employed Contractor Painter and Decorator (30 years). Sub Contractor Think Professional Pty Ltd  (8 years).

Previous Positions

Former WJRU (2 year) and WHRJU President (1 year). Former WHRFUC Board member (1 year).

Academic Qualifications

Left high school end of Year 10 to start a 4 year Painting apprenticeship.

Specialty Board Position

Recently appointed as responsible for Old Boys Membership

Personal

Schooled at Homebush Boys High. Played Colts at 16years and continued through to Grade. Coached Colts and Grade winning 2 premierships and NSWJRU u17s premiers. Development of Players to potential and enjoying the game of rugby.
