All WHRUFC merchandise are a guide to the style of our clothing range that will be delivered to the recipient. The product pictures on our website are used as guide only and may not be exactly the same as the final product.
Every effort is made to deliver WHRUFC merchandise within the delivery time allowed and in a condition that reflects the high standards set by WHRUFC.
Quality complaints must be received within three days of delivery. A quality complaint is anything to do with an order that was delivered including but not limited to poor quality, missing items, and wrong items and so on. A photo may be requested for confirmation and a quick resolution to quality complaints.
Non delivery complaints must be received within 48hours of the delivery date.
Once an order has been placed with WHRUFC it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the details given are correct. This can be done with the summary of the order on payment confirmation.
