What an exciting Round 1 for West Harbour v Two Blues @Parramatta, we finished with 4 wins & 3 losses:
1st Grade W 28-27 1st Colts W 24-15
2nd Grade L 7-30 2nd Colts W 60-5
3rd Grade L 14-52 3rd Colts W 33-12
4th Grade L 12-41
Round 1 was a difficult week for us playing a rejuvenated Parramatta Two Blues Club.
We were in the contest early in the game in 4th, 3rd and 2nd Grade, but we let these games get away from us. 1st Grade was strong and Competitive and at one stage we had a 19 point lead. We failed to keep our opponents under control and were chasing the game in the last 10 minutes. 1st Grade eventually won the game 28 – 27, which was relative in relation to the dominance in the game. A good way to start, but still a long way to go” said Head Coach Joe Barakat
