AGENDA
- Welcome members and guests
- Apologies
- To confirm the Minutes of the 2019 Annual General Meeting held on 12 February 2020
- Actions arising from 2019 Annual General Meeting
- Receive the Financial Accounts of the Club for the year ended 30th September, 2020 together with reports from the Directors
- Receive the report of the Auditor
- Appoint of an Auditor for 2021
- To elect Officers and Directors to the Board of the West Harbour Rugby Union Football Club Limited
- To transact other business as may lawfully be brought forward.
COVID PROTOCOLS
The AGM will be held in line with Covid policies in place at the time.
The Theatre, under rules in place at 1 February can host 50 attendees.
Please provide an RSVP to secretary@westharbourrugby.com.au by Tuesday 23 February 2021 on your attendance plans. If demand for seats exceeds 50, a Zoom meeting will be set up for your attendance.
Members wishing to attend in person will be sent an invitation ticket and registered to attend in person. Unfortunately, to comply with our Covid Plan, Walk-ups will not be permitted entry on the evening.
If demand for attendance exceeds 50, a Zoom Meeting option will be added.
Please note that, due to Covid restrictions, Club Burwood RSL is unable to host non-Club Burwood members for refreshments before, or after, the AGM.
Joining Club Burwood Group is a simple matter and only takes a couple of minutes, so, if you are not already a member come early, and support the club that supports your club.
